The Lyssna Community Slack workspace (“Community”) is a private space created for Lyssna customers, invited guests, and Lyssna team members to connect, learn, and collaborate. By joining and participating, you agree to follow these Terms and conditions.

1. Purpose and access

• The Community is intended for the exclusive use of Lyssna customers, invited guests, and Lyssna staff.
• Access is by invitation only. Requests to join may be manually reviewed before acceptance.
• It is recommended for each member must use their work email when signing up to the Lyssna slack community.
• Lyssna reserves the right to remove inactive or non-compliant members at any time.

2. Privacy, communication, and consent

• This workspace is a private community, but it is not a confidential channel. Please avoid posting sensitive or proprietary information.
• Do not share screenshots, conversations, or messages from the Community outside of it without the explicit consent of the original author.
• Lyssna takes no responsibility for any sensitive information shared by users.
• By joining the Community, you agree that Lyssna may contact you for marketing and communication purposes, including product updates, community news, and relevant resources, in accordance with our Privacy Policy

3. Communication and support

• Lyssna staff, including members of our Customer Support, Product, and Design teams, will be present and may contribute to discussions.
• While our team aims to be responsive, participation here does not replace standard support channels.

• Comments or posts from Lyssna employees are for general information and discussion only. They do not represent official company policy or commitments unless otherwise stated.
